I directed animation pieces for the Candlelight Revolution Documentary, capturing the powerful atmosphere of the 2016 candlelight rally in South Korea.
As the sole creator of this project, I was responsible for every stage—from illustration to compositing.
With a limited budget for complex animation, I had to constantly find creative ways to blend appealing animation styles with efficient motion design solutions in After Effects.
The final result came together using Photoshop for textures, After Effects for animation and compositing, and Cinema 4D for additional 3D elements.
